The Hypervolt is capable of solar integration, meaning you can charge your car directly from the sun! The Hypervolt EV charger is compatible with all solar panel installations, enabling you to charge for free, forever! The Hypervolt home car charging point offers 3 modes of charging to help optimise the use of home solar generated electricity.
- In ‘boost’ mode, the Hypervolt will charge at a full rate of 7kW, using any solar-generated energy, and then top up the remainder from the grid.
- In ‘eco’ mode, the Hypervolt will use the minimum amount of grid-supplied electricity as possible to ensure the Hypervolt charges the EV at the 1.4kW required.
- In ‘super eco’ mode, the Hypervolt will only charge via solar energy.
The Hypervolt App
The Hypervolt smart app gives you full control of charging modes and the ability to view your energy consumption. All you need to do is connect your Hypervolt home charging unit to your smartphone via bluetooth. Once you have created a Hypervolt account, just enter your wifi details and you're good to go!

Excellent experience from start to finish...Paul responded quickly to my initial query, provided a quote which I accepted and then arranged installation within 2 days. Ryan who did the installation was excellent, ensured the unit was installed exactly where I wanted it, connections to the consumer unit were neat and that all cables were clamped well. He also took time to explain the functionality of the unit once he had paired it with my router. All in all, a very professional approach and a very satisfied customer.

Paul was extremely helpful with helping choose a charger and arranging the installation as soon as they could fit it in. The appointment took place on the arranged date and on time and Ryan made a real effort to install the cable under the floor boards rather than unsightly cables running along internal walls.
