EV Home Charging Point Installation
For this installation, Green Electrical attended on the time and date of the appointment to install a new 7.2kw Pod Point Solo Charger. Our customer had just purchased a Tesla Model 3 EV car and want a fast charging solution, which should be easily accessible. Our process for this EV car charger installation started just a few days before when we undertook a free site survey. This enabled us to understand what was required and to take a detailed look at the existing installation; we were therefore able to offer the best possible installation as we knew exactly what was required.
In between the on-site survey, the Green Electrical EV administration office was able to email the customer the relevant documentation for the OLEV grant application, which are the Annex D and Annex I.
On the day of the EV charger installation, our engineers were equipped with the right equipment to carry out an efficient service. On completion, our trained EV engineers took the time to demonstrate to the customer how to charger their electric vehicle and how to use the Pod Point app, which downloads and displays each electric vehicle charge.
